How we work

We are a remote, engineering-led company. Engineers talk directly with clients, own their work from design to production, and are trusted to make decisions. We favour written communication, clear ownership and sustainable pace over heroics.

What we look for

Titles matter less than how you work. We look for engineers who:

• have shipped and maintained software used by real people;
• write clear code, clear documentation and clear messages;
• care about testing, security and performance as part of the job;
• explain trade-offs plainly to technical and non-technical people;
• work comfortably in English; French or Arabic is a plus.

Areas we work in
