Service

Cloud and DevOps services that make shipping routine

Good infrastructure is invisible: deployments happen many times a week without drama, problems are detected before customers notice, and the monthly cloud bill holds no surprises. We design, automate and document cloud platforms on AWS and Azure that your team can operate with confidence.

Signs your delivery platform needs attention

Teams usually come to us when releases have become slow and risky, when environments drift apart and "it works on staging" stops meaning anything, or when the cloud bill grows faster than usage.

  • Deployments require manual steps or a specific person
  • Incidents are discovered by customers before monitoring
  • Infrastructure exists only in the cloud console, not in code
  • Nobody can explain what drives the monthly cloud cost

Infrastructure as code on AWS and Azure

Every environment is defined in version control with Terraform or the provider-native tooling, reviewed like application code and applied through a pipeline. Recreating an environment, or adding a new region, becomes a repeatable operation rather than an archaeology project.

We design accounts and subscriptions, networking, identity and secrets management following each provider's well-architected guidance: least-privilege access, encryption at rest and in transit, private networking for data stores and audit logging enabled from the start.

CI/CD pipelines and safe releases

A good pipeline builds once, tests thoroughly and promotes the same artifact through every environment. We set up pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps that run tests, security and dependency scans, build container images and deploy automatically.

Blue-green or canary deployments, automated rollbacks and feature flags reduce the blast radius of every change, so releasing becomes routine and teams can ship several times a week.

Containers, Kubernetes and the right level of complexity

Docker gives consistent runtime environments from a laptop to production. Kubernetes is powerful for running many services with demanding scaling needs, but it is not always the right answer. Managed container services or serverless functions are often simpler and cheaper for smaller workloads, and we will recommend them when they fit.

When Kubernetes is justified, we use managed offerings such as EKS or AKS, GitOps-based deployments, resource limits, autoscaling and policies that keep clusters secure. The services we run there are often built by our backend and API engineering team with Spring Boot or Node.js.

Observability, cloud migration and cost control

We instrument systems with structured logs, metrics and distributed traces using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana or the native cloud tooling, and define SLOs with alerts that reflect user impact rather than noisy thresholds.

For cloud migrations we assess each workload, decide whether to rehost, re-platform or refactor it, and migrate in stages with rollback plans and rehearsed data cut-overs. Cost is treated as an engineering metric: tagging, budgets, right-sizing and reserved capacity keep spend tied to value. Larger platform decisions can start with an architecture review.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

AWS or Azure?

Both are capable platforms. The right choice usually depends on your existing contracts, identity setup and team skills more than on features. We work with both and can help you decide, or design for portability where that genuinely matters.

Do we really need Kubernetes?

Not always. For a handful of services, managed container platforms or serverless often cost less to run and require less expertise to operate. Kubernetes pays off when you run many services, need fine-grained scaling or want a consistent platform across environments.

Can you migrate our applications to the cloud without downtime?

Most migrations can be done with minimal or no user-facing downtime by running old and new environments in parallel, replicating data and switching traffic gradually. The approach depends on each application and its data, and we plan and rehearse every cut-over.

Can you help reduce our cloud costs?

Yes. We analyze where spend comes from, remove idle or oversized resources, adjust storage classes and purchasing options, and add tagging and budgets so costs stay visible. Savings depend on your starting point, so we measure before promising anything.
