These terms are an agreement between you and Sprint Codes LLC covering your use of this website. By browsing it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

They cover this website only. Software we build for you, and any product we operate, are governed by their own separate agreements.

What this website is

It describes who we are and what we do. It is published for information.

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice. Technical content, including our engineering notes and case studies, describes what we found in specific circumstances; it is not a warranty that the same approach will work in yours.

Getting in touch does not create a contract

Sending us an enquiry, by email or through the contact form, starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything.

We take on work only under a written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, deliverables, timing, price and the terms that govern it. Until that exists, there is no engagement.

How you may use this site

You may read it, print pages, and share links to it freely. Beyond that:

• Do not copy substantial parts of the content or republish pages elsewhere.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors, or circumvent any technical restriction.
• Do not use the site, our name or our logo to suggest a partnership, endorsement or client relationship that does not exist.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful, or to transmit anything harmful.

We may withdraw access from anyone who does these things, though on a public informational site that is rarely necessary.

Availability, and changes to the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, move or remove any page at any time, and we may change these terms, in which case the revised version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.

We keep old URLs working where we reasonably can, but we do not undertake to do so indefinitely.

Where we link to a site we do not control, we do so because we think it is useful. We are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected.
